该研究中心重点研究： 1.探索绿色和可持续的合成方法，开发具有独特性能的纳米材料合成的创新技术，如纳米颗粒、纳米线和纳米复合材料。 2.研究用于可持续能源的纳米材料，利用纳米材料捕获和回收环境污染物。 3.研究纳米材料与生物系统的相互作用，以确保其安全性和有效性。

该研究中心主要关注住房问题，特别是中国的住房问题。除了大规模住房和市场住房外，中心还将重点关注缺乏住房条件或无法自主选择住房类型的社会群体，例如工人和学生群体。

温州肯恩大学应用数学建模和计算中心把应用数学、统计学和计算及相关科学汇集，通过跨学科研究来支持数学实验、算法开发和数值计算，将解决多个领域广泛应用中的数学问题，本中心还将训练并带领年轻研究者和温肯学生来发展相关领域的研究技能。CAMMC致力于成为温州肯恩大学理工学院的跨学科研究中心，为温肯各学科发展献计献策。

温州市国际心理健康中心由温州肯恩大学和温州市第七人民医院共同成立，旨在整合国内外心理健康资源，国际人士提供针对性专业心理健康咨询服务，展现城市对国际人才的高度重视与关怀，吸引更多的海外专家、学者及企业家前来工作、学习与生活。中心还将开展各类心理健康领域的科研交流，吸引国内外专家学者交流合作，推动心理健康领域的科研创新。温州市卫生健康委员会作为温州市卫生健康工作主管部门，为温州市国际心理健康中心提供政策支持和规划指导。
