Zhejiang Provincial Medical Materials and Equipment Pilot Platform (Provincial Co‑built Pilot Platform)

The Zhejiang Provincial Medical Materials and Equipment Pilot Platform is led by Wenzhou Institute, University of Chinese Academy of Sciences and its wholly‑owned subsidiary, Wenzhou Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd., with Wenzhou‑Kean University as a co‑construction entity. The platform has established seven major pilot‑scale service streams: implantable and interventional medical devices, IVD medical devices, medical dressing‑based medical devices, synthetic biological products, medical polymer materials, cell‑therapy products, as well as cosmetics and skincare products. It will deepen cooperation with hospitals and enterprises, expand scenarios for pilot‑scale services, improve its quality management system, help more innovative products reach the market, and provide strong support for the high‑quality development of Zhejiang’s life‑health industry.
