Notice on 2026 2nd Batch (Spring Semester) Undergraduate Student Graduation Application of Wenzhou-Kean University

Dear Students, 

In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Regulations on Undergraduate Student Enrollment Management of Wenzhou-Kean University", " Wenzhou-Kean University Bachelor’s Degree Conferral Policy" and "Policies for Co-curricular Volunteer Service and Expanding Practice of Wenzhou-Kean University (Trial)," we hereby notify you of the following matters regarding the 2026 Spring Semester graduation application.

Attention: 

*The application for graduation by the end of the Summer session of 2026 will open and be announced later in June 2026. Students who plan to graduate in the Summer session of 2026 or later should follow the instructions in the handbook to perform the "Delay to the next cycle" operation.

I. Application Conditions

If you can meet all the requirements of your degree by the end of the Spring Semester of 2026, it’s time for you to take the next step of applying for graduation.  

II. Application Period

From April 13, 2026 to April 24, 2026.

III. Application Materials

Students are required to complete the graduation application online. 

All graduating students will receive an application link via their WKU email or can access the online application in the "My To-Do" list on the ONCE platform. 

Please carefully read the attached "Wenzhou-Kean University Online Graduation Application Handbook" and follow the instructions to complete the online application.

For those who still have active violation records in Misconduct and Academic Integrity, please write the Statement of Correction in English, and sign in handwriting, and upload the scanned form to the system.

IV. Other Important Notes
1. Wenzhou-Kean University implements a graduation application procedure. Those who do not submit their graduation application within the specified time will not be able to graduate on schedule or obtain related graduation materials;

2. Graduates who have applied for a minor, grade recalculation, grade review, or who have pending grades must submit their applications accordingly by June 20, 2026, at the latest; And then please contact the College and make sure the application is approved in the College level before the deadline of June 23, 2026.

3. Undergraduate students (excluding independent admission students) who have not participated in the graduation photoshoot must complete the shooting as soon as possible, according to the relevant requirements. Failure to do so will affect the graduation review process, and the applicant will bear all responsibility. Please pay close attention to this matter;

4. Students in a leave of absence status are not eligible to apply for graduation;

5. Students who have submitted their graduation application are not allowed to apply for a leave of absence;

6. If you decide to delay your graduation application to the next cycle, please follow the instructions to complete the "Delay to the next cycle" operation online;

7. The degree conferral date for this batch of graduates is expected to be July-August 2026 for WKU degree and June 10, 2026 for the KU degree, and the certificate collection time is expected to be July-August 2026;

8. Any 3rd-year or below students who meet the graduation requirements and wish to apply for graduation, please contact the Office of the Registrar by email to request online application access;

9. Please keep an eye on your WKU email for updates on the application progress and related information.
