Mr. ZHOU Dong holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Wenzhou Normal College and a master’s degree in Management from Fuzhou University. He holds the professional title of Associate Professor. Currently, he serves as a Member of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of Wenzhou-Kean University.

Mr. ZHOU previously served as Deputy Director of the Party and President’s Office of Wenzhou University; Secretary of the Party General Branch of the Buqing Campus of Wenzhou University; Secretary of the Party Committee, Vice President, and Board Director of Wenzhou University City College; and Secretary of the Party Committee, Vice President, and Board Director of Wenzhou Business College.
