Speaker: Dr. Walter W. Cannon
Profile:
Walter W. Cannon, Professor Emeritus at Central College in Pella, Iowa, where he teaches early modern literature, including Shakespeare and his contemporaries. His essays and reviews have appeared in The Upstart Crow, Theatre History Studies, and Cahiers Elisabethains. Cannon has been recognized with campus awards and also for national and international workshops and institutes. He was awarded research and development grants for work at the Shakespeare Centre and the Shakespeare Institute in Stratford upon Avon, England.
