This form should be used to report concerns pertaining to or possible violations of Title IX Policy(2024) such as sexual misconduct, sexual harassment or sexual intimidation that have occurred on or after to August 1, 2024. Wenzhou-Kean University respects the sensitivity of the information that may be included in this form and you may submit it anonymously. However, please note that as mandated by Title IX Policy, the information included in this form is not confidential, but will be kept as private as possible in all efforts to protect individuals and the greater the University community.
