The Center for Collaborative Innovation on Digital‑Intelligent Private‑Enterprise International Supply Chains deeply connects world‑class academic resources and industrial forces to build a multi‑level collaborative innovation network. Jointly with the College of Business and Public Administration of Kean University (USA), the center establishes the Sino‑US Joint Laboratory for Digital Supply Chains. It introduces the SCOR‑DS global digital‑standard system for supply‑chain operations, and engages leading institutions specializing in enterprise digital‑transformation research including Sweden Digital Innovation Center, the University of Warwick (UK), the University of Miami (USA), and Stevens Institute of Technology to realize cross‑border technical collaboration and academic‑resource sharing.

Domestically, the center collaborates with Zhejiang University, Zhejiang University of Technology, East China University of Science and Technology and other institutions to jointly tackle common technical challenges. It advances research on digital‑transformation mechanisms and strategies for private enterprises and accelerates the transformation and service delivery of innovative achievements. Meanwhile, partnering with enterprises and institutions such as Amazon, SF Express, Douyin E‑commerce, Wenzhou Digital Security Port, as well as local industrial associations, the center builds an industry‑university‑research collaborative innovation platform. It develops an e‑commerce incubation base and a practical‑case library for enterprises’ global expansion, supports data access for local enterprises, and provides real‑time decision‑making support for Wenzhou’s “5+5+N” industrial upgrading initiative.
