Dear Students,

This is to notify you of the upcoming Change of Major application period and procedures.

Application Periods

Change of Major Type	Start Time	End Time
Non-Freely Change of Major	9:00 AM on March 10th, 2026	3:00 PM on March 29th, 2026

After the deadline, the ONCE application system will remain closed until the next open window: September, 2026.

How to Apply

Submit your Change of Major request through the ONCE application platform during the open period. Click here (updated March 2026) for detailed instructions on submitting your application.
Please note: once submitted, applications cannot be revoked. No late applications will be accepted.

Important Notes

Students applying for a non-freely change of major must be aware of the potential risks and are required to complete and sign the “Acknowledgment of Risks for Changing Majors” (《温州肯恩大学转专业风险知情告知书》) and submit it as an attachment on ONCE.
Reviewers may return your form if additional information or corrections are required. Please monitor the progress of your form and check your notifications via email or ONCE regularly. If your form is returned, you must correct and resubmit within 3 days. Failure to do so will cause the form to expire, and you will need to submit a new one. A new form can only be submitted if the submission deadline has not yet passed.
Once your major has been successfully changed, you will be notified via the Office of the Registrar’s email. Once you receive the notification, click here for instructions on how to check your updated major.
Different majors/programs have different curriculum plans and graduation requirements. Students are strongly encouraged to consult both their current college and the intended transfer-in college before applying.
