Notice of 2026 Winter Session CNCC Course Registration

Dear Students,

The CNCC courses of Winter 2026 will be held from January 5, 2026 through January 23, 2026. For course details, please log in to the WKU CAMPUS registration system to check.

According to the class of students, the course registration will be arranged as follows.

The Add/Drop period for CNCC Courses via WKU Campus is from November 26, 2025 to January 6, 2026.

The Add/Drop period for CNCC Courses via ONCE is from January 7, 2026, at 8:30 am to January 8, 2026, at 12:59 pm.

The start of the ONCE adjustment application for withdrawal is January 8, 2026 at 1:00 pm (aka 13:00). The final day to withdraw from courses with W Grade is January 15, 2026, at 11:59 pm (aka 23:59).

Note:

Once the application for adding a course is approved by the Chinese Curricular Center on ONCE, students can start attending the corresponding class. The Office of the Registrar will promptly complete the corresponding course adjustment operations according to the requests.

Self-Registration:
Please login the course registration system by visiting our official website (www.wku.edu.cn), and click the “My WKU” button in the upper right corner of navigation bar. Use your WKU email address and password to login the system, then click the button of WKU CAMPUS. If you have any operational problems with registration, please read the Instruction of Add and Drop (Attachment). We suggest you login the system by using Google Chrome browser.
