Mr. PAN Jianzhong, a graduate of Zhejiang University, currently serves as Chair of the Board of Directors at Wenzhou-Kean University and the Party Secretary, where he holds overall responsibility for the leadership of both the University’s Board of Directors and Party Committee.

His previous roles include Deputy Director-General, Deputy Party Secretary, and Editor-in-Chief of Wenzhou Daily Press Group; Deputy Secretary-General of the Wenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Director of its Policy Research Office, as well as Deputy Secretary-General of the Wenzhou Municipal Government and Director of the General Office. He has extensive experience in the research, formulation, and implementation of local governance policies.
