Notice of Graduation Application of 2025 3rd Batch Summer Session for Undergraduate Level Students

Dear Students,

In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Regulations on Undergraduate Student Enrollment Management of Wenzhou-Kean University (Revised in May 2024)," " Wenzhou-Kean University Bachelor’s Degree Conferral Policy (Updated January 2024)," and "Policies for Co-curricular Volunteer Service and Expanding Practice of Wenzhou-Kean University (Trial)," we hereby notify you of the following matters regarding the 2025 Summer Session graduation application.  

I. Application Conditions

If you plan to meet your remaining graduation requirements (complete major courses and other requirements) by the end of the Summer Session of 2025, it’s time for you to take the next step of applying for graduation.   

II. Application Period

From June 9, 2025 to June 16, 2025.

III. Application Materials

Complete all task in the list:

1. WKU Graduate Information Sheet: Please filled out online on PC;

2. KU Course Audit: You will see "..." (under reviewing) after successfully submitted;

3. CCC Course Audit: Automatic review by the system. If you have ongoing courses, please re-submit after you receive a passing grade;

4. Volunteer Service and Expanding Practice: Automatic reviewed by the system;
5-6. Statement of Correction: Please fill out online, for those who still have active violation records in Misconduct and Academic Integrity. Please fill in the form in detail in English and sign by hand. If there are multiple disciplinary records, each violation must be filled out separately on a separate form. If the content is unqualified, such as the content does not match the violation, the length is too short, or the content is irrelevant to the reason for the punishment and the correction, it will be considered invalid. Please modify it as soon as possible according to the prompts. If you refuse to submit in time, you will be disqualified from this graduation application of this batch.

IV. Other Important Notes

1. Wenzhou-Kean University implements a graduation application procedure. Those who do not submit their graduation application within the specified time will not be able to graduate on schedule or obtain related graduation materials;

2. Late submission of the application forms can result in delayed processing of your degree. To be eligible for graduation, all course requirements, minor applications, grade changes, and pending transfer credits must be recorded on your official academic record for auditing as met by the deadline of July 31st, 2025; 

3. Undergraduate students (excluding independent admission students) who have not participated in the graduation photoshoot must complete the shooting as soon as possible, according to the relevant requirements. Failure to do so will affect the graduation review process, and the applicant will bear all responsibility. Please pay close attention to this matter;

4. Students in a leave of absence status are not eligible to apply for graduation;

5. Students who have submitted their graduation application are not allowed to apply for a leave of absence;

6. The degree conferral date for this batch of graduates is expected to be July 18th 2025 for KU degree, and early July for WKU certificates, and the certificate collection time is expected to be late August 2025 or early September 2025;

7. The next graduation batch is 2026 Winter, there is no graduation batch for fall semester. The application for graduation for the Summer session of will open and be noticed in June in another notice.

8. Any 3rd-year or below students who meet the graduation requirements and wish to apply for graduation, please contact the Office of the Registrar by email to request online application access;
