Notice of Graduation Application of 2025 2nd Batch Spring Semester for Graduate Level Students

Dear Graduate Level Students,

Congratulations to our soon-to-be WKU graduates!   

If you plan to meet your remaining graduation requirements (complete major courses and other requirements) by the end of the Spring Semester of 2025, it’s time for you to take the next step of applying for graduation.   

To apply for graduation, you must submit the following forms (attached) in paper to the Office of the Registrar at GEH D-202 by the deadline of April 25th, 2025, at 4:00 pm;  

• Degree Application Form 

• WKU Graduate Information Sheet (including photo!)  - 2 COPIES

Late submission of the application forms can result in delayed processing of your degree. To be eligible for graduation, all course requirements, minor applications, grade changes, course repeat recalculations, and pending transfer credits must be recorded on your official academic record for auditing as met by the deadline of June 11th, 2025.  

*The application for graduation for the Summer session of will open and be noticed in June in another notice.
