Notice of 2025 Spring Semester PE/AE/CNCC Course Registration

Dear Students,   

The PE/AE/CNCC courses of 2025 Spring will be held from February 17th, 2025 through June 4th, 2025. For course details, please log in to the WKU CAMPUS registration system to check.     

The registration system is open from January 16th to February 23rd, 2025. In order to enhance the course registration experience and efficiency, the course registration will be conducted in stages according to course types (PE/AE/CNCC). On the first day of course registration period, only PE courses will be available. On the second day, both PE and AE courses will be open for registration. Starting from the third day, all courses will be available for registration. The course registration system will temporarily close during the following time periods:

• From 15:31 pm on January 16th, 2025, to 08:59 am on January 17th, 2025
• From 15:31 pm on January 17th, 2025, to 08:59 am on January 18th, 2025

The course registration system will reopen at 9:00 am on January 18th, 2025, and remain open until the end of the course registration period. Please carefully read the registration rules in the following table. Students of different years should self-register the courses by choosing the appropriate course codes for their respective student groups (applicable to CNCC only).

For the convenience of your course registration, the external network will be available from January 13th, 2025, at 09:00 am to January 22nd, 2025, at 16:00 pm. After the external network is closed, you will not be able to register for courses outside the campus, so please arrange your time wisely. 

The registration schedule is as follows: 

The add/drop period of CNCC/PE/AE Courses via WKU Campus is from January 16th to February 23rd, 2025. 

The add/drop of CNCC/PE/AE Courses via ONCE is from February 24th, 2025, at 8:30 am to February 26th, 2025, at 12:59 pm.  

The start of the ONCE adjustment application for withdrawal is February 26th, 2025, at 13:00 pm. The Last Day to Withdraw from Courses with W Grade is April 21st, 2025, at 23:59 pm.

Notes:

*Please ensure that you strictly follow the course registration rules. If you register for too many courses, you may be randomly dropped from some courses without prior notice. Any inconvenience or risks arising from this will be the responsibility of the student.

*Once the application for adding a course is approved by the Chinese Curricula College on ONCE, students can start attending the corresponding class. The Office of the Registrar will promptly complete the corresponding course adjustment operations according to the requests.

Self-Registration: Please log in to the course registration system by visiting our official website (www.wku.edu.cn) and clicking the MyWKU button in the upper right corner of the navigation bar. Use your WKU email address and password to log in to the system, then click the WKU CAMPUS button. If you have any operational registration problems, please read the Instruction of Add and Drop (Attachment). We suggest you to log in the system by using Google Chrome browser.
