WKU Institute for the Research of Picture Book Education

The institute aims to advance research and application of picture books as pedagogical tools for English classroom teaching. Upon its establishment, picture‑book education will be incorporated into more systematic research and training programmes, and promoted as an instrument for language‑competence development and student growth. Furthermore, the institute seeks to position Wenzhou‑Kean University as a leader in picture‑book‑education research and development. It will launch initiatives originating in Zhejiang Province and extend its influence across China.
