Sino-American Institute for Humanities and Economics, Wenzhou‑Kean University

In August 2025, the Sino-American Institute for Humanities and Economics, Wenzhou‑Kean University was selected as a key cultivated unit of provincial-level area studies centers. With Sino-American relations at its core, the Institute focuses on two strategic directions—"humanities" and "economics"—and builds an interdisciplinary, cross-border, and cross-sector academic and policy research platform. By cultivating an internationalized research team, carrying out diverse Sino-American exchange practices, and connecting think tank cooperation at home and abroad, it achieves precise research on and effective responses to key issues in the Sino-American humanities and economic fields, contributing "Wenzhou-Kean University wisdom" to the improvement of Sino-American relations and global governance.
