Wenzhou-Kean University Sexual Misconduct Policy protects people from discrimination based on sex in education programs or activities that are under university management .
This form is used to report behaviors that may violate the Wenzhou-Kean University Sexual Misconduct Policy, including but not limited to sexual harassment, sexual violence, and gender-based discrimination. Filing a formal report will initiate the grievance process related to the reported allegations, which includes initiating an investigation and/or initiating the informal resolution process.
You may be the complainant, a respondent,a witness, a bystander or a third party with relevant information. We encourage reporting with your identity to better proceed with the investigation. However, please note that as mandated by Wenzhou-Kean University Sexual Misconduct Policy, the information included in this form is not confidential, but will be kept as private as possible in all efforts to protect individuals and the greater Wenzhou-Kean University community.
