该活动是一种全新阅读分享模式，通过线下领取工具包，藏书投递漂流，捡书者阅读，阅读反馈和藏书的二次漂流来实现图书共享，为校园营造浓厚的读书分享氛围。

活动内容分为已备演讲和即兴演讲，时间各为5分钟。此次共8大高校的19名大学生参加。

Activity content is divided into prepared speeches and impromptu speeches, each time for 5 minutes.there are 19 students from 8 universities to competition.

比赛以公平公正为原则，以丰富和活跃校园生活、促进交流与沟通为宗旨。比赛分为已备演讲、即兴演讲两个环节，最后依据评委打分计算出成绩，颁发奖项。

The competition is based on the principle of justice, aiming to enrich and animate student’s campus life. The competition is divided into prepared speech and impromptu speech. Finally, speakers will get an award according to each judge’ score.
