2021年度温州市科技计划项目的申报工作已开始，现将有关事项通知如下： 我校教职工可申报的项目为： 一、重大科技创新攻关项目 重点支持方向：围绕数字经济、智能装备、生命健康、新能源网联汽车、新材料等五大新兴产业和电气、鞋革、服装、汽摩配、泵阀等五大传统产业，重点在前沿技术探索、关键共性技术以及产业化等方面研发、突破一批核心技术，研制一批自主创新产品。鼓励高校与具备相应条件的企业合作申报。 二、公益基础性科研项目 重点支持方向:重点支持行业技术发展和技术升级的关键共性技术研究，资源环境、人口健康与保障、公共安全、减灾防灾、农业与农村发展等社会公益领域的技术研究和推广应用，软科学研究等。 三、国家农业科技园区开放性项目 重点支持方向：聚焦种子种苗育繁推广的农业科技创新、成果转化和推广应用等领域。 该项目须联合企业申报。 三、申报要求 申报条件 项目负责人承担在研市级科研项目的上限为2项。同一项目负责人只能申报三类课题中的1类项目。 网上申报 市级科技计划项目实行网上申报。项目申报人通过“温州科…
