教学技巧工作坊（ISW）

教学技巧工作坊（ISW）于1979年在加拿大不列颠哥伦比亚省创立。从那时起，数百名教育工作者担任ISW导师，在世界各地的大专院校、研究所、大学、理工学院、医院、政府部门、非营利组织和培训机构中开展ISW培训。ISW是一个为期为4天的工作坊，旨在提高教育工作者的教学效果。工作坊鼓励反思和审视个人的教学实践，参与者会设计和进行三次的“迷你课程”并接受其他学院提供的口头、书面和视频反馈。通过密集的体验式学习方法，通过密集的体验式学习方法，参与者了解教学理论和实践、选择和编写具有相关教学计划的学习目标、引导学生课堂积极参与的技巧、以及评估学习的建议。

参与工作坊让新教师有机会了解教学文化和价值体系，也可以为经验丰富的教师带来新的活力。额外的好处包括建立同事关系、团队建设、自我发现以及学习与他人合作的新方法。
