Dear students,

Please be advised that the application period for change of major will start at 9:00 AM on March 4th, 2025 and end at 3:00 PM on March 23rd, 2025.

After the change of major end time, the ONCE application system will remain closed until the next open window period. The tentative next open window period is from 9:00 AM on September 16th, 2025, to 3:00 PM on October 12th, 2025.

Most majors/programs have different curriculum plans and graduation requirements. Therefore, applicants are strongly encouraged to consult both your current college and the intended transfer-in college to carefully investigate the new major before making a decision.

Please note:

Once you have submitted the application form, you cannot revoke it. Please consider carefully before submitting any forms.
The reviewers may return your form for additional information or corrections. Please monitor the progress of your form and pay attention to notifications via email or ONCE. If your form is returned, respond within 7 days. If you do not respond within this time frame, the form will expire, and you must submit a new one. A new form can only be submitted if the submission deadline has not passed.
After the open window period, you can no longer submit any new forms. Late submissions will not be accepted.
