严晓鹏
杭州大学哲学学士，澳大利亚堪培拉大学教育领导学硕士，北京大学教育经济与管理学博士，研究员。主持国务院侨务办公室、中国侨联、省社科联、浙江省教育厅、省级创新团队多项课题。在《中国高等教育》、《中国高教研究》、《教育学术月刊》等学术期刊发表多篇学术论文，论文曾被人大资料全文复印。发表国侨办内参专报数篇，出版《孔子学院与华文教育发展比较研究》等多部专著。曾先后担任浙江省侨联特聘专家、浙江中华文化学院兼职教授、温州公共外交协会研究员、泰国东方大学孔子学院理事等。
Yan Xiaopeng
Bachelor of philosophy, Hangzhou University; Master of Education Leadership, University of Canberra, Australia; Doctor of education economics and management, Peking University; research fellow. He presided over several topics of the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council, All-China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese (ACFROC), the Provincial Federation of Social Sciences, the Education Department of Zhejiang Province, and the provincial innovation team. Also, he has published many academic papers in China Higher Education, China Higher Education Research, Education Research Monthly, and other academic journals. His papers have been copied by the full text of the National People’s Congress. Moreover, he has published several reports on the internal reference of ACFROC office and published several monographs such as Comparative Study on the Development of Confucius Institute and Chinese Education. Besides, he has successively served as a distinguished expert of ACFROC in Zhejiang province, an adjunct professor at Zhejiang Institute of Chinese Culture, a researcher of Wenzhou Public Diplomacy Association, and a director of Confucius Institute of Burapha University in Thailand.

讲座主要以“后疫情时代”为背景，从全球化的视角诠释中国“一带一路”倡议的实施和中国梦的实践。同时通过探索他们之间的内在联系，引发人们在当代国际政治背景下对实现中华民族伟大复兴的思考。
Summary:
The lecture focuses on the implementation of China’s “The Belt and Road Initiative” and the practice of the Chinese Dream from the perspective of globalization in the context of the “post-epidemic era”. By exploring the intrinsic connections between them, the lecture also stimulates people to think about the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation in the context of contemporary international politics.
