Introduction 讲座简介：

浙商是中国传统商帮或区域性商人群体之一。进入近代社会以后，中国其他商帮逐渐走向衰败，而浙商却能吐故纳新，别树一帜，在中国商业文化史上创造了新的辉煌，并使自身基本转型为中西合璧、兼收并蓄的现代化企业家群体。除了地理环境等客观因素外，这也和他们主动实行的较为成熟、先进的经营管理策略密切相关。本讲座以著名企业家刘鸿生、陈蝶仙及湖州近代商人集群为案例，对近代浙商的经营管理策略进行由点及面的剖析和归纳，希望借此为中国当今的民营企业家提供一些启示和借鉴。

Zhejiang merchants are one of the traditional business groups or regional business groups in China. After the modernization of China, some business groups in China gradually declined. However, the merchants in Zhejiang have been able to develop their own unique ideas and create new chapter in the history of Chinese business culture. Zhejiang merchants have basically transformed themselves into a modern entrepreneur group that combines Chinese and Western culture. In addition to the objective factors such as geographical environment, the success of Zhejiang merchants also closely related to their mature and advanced management strategies. This lecture takes famous entrepreneurs Liu Hongsheng, Chen Diexian and merchants group in Huzhou as examples. Dr. Cai will analyze and summarize the management strategies of modern Zhejiang businessmen from different dimensions. This lecture aims at providing some enlightenment and references for today’s private business owners in China

蔡志新老师简介

历史学博士，南通大学历史系教授、硕士生导师，中国经济思想史学会理事，中国财政学会财政史专业委员会理事，江苏省历史学会理事，获选为浙江省新世纪151人才工程培养对象、湖州市宣传文化“五个一批”优秀人才、南通大学人文社科工作先进个人。主要研究中国近代经济思想史、长三角近代经济社会史，主持及参与省级以上科研、教学课题十多项，撰编有《民国时期浙江经济思想史》《浙江近代经济思想史论：以绍兴为例》《孔祥熙经济思想研究》《近代浔商及其文化精神》等著作多部，学术论文曾获中国经济思想史学会优秀科研成果奖一、二等奖。

Introduction of the lecturer

Dr. Cai Zhixin has a PhD in history and is currently a professor (master tutor) of History Department of Nantong University. Dr. Cai is also serving for many academic institutions. He is the director of China Society of economic and ideological history, the director of finance history professional committee of China Society of finance and the director of Jiangsu history society. Dr, Cai was selected as the training object of “New Century 151 Talent Project” in Zhejiang Province, the “Five Pioneering” outstanding talents of Huzhou City’s publicity culture, and the advanced individual in Humanities and Social Sciences work of Nantong University. Dr. Cai’s major interest is the history of modern Chinese economic ideology, the modern economic and social history of the Yangtze River Delta. He has presided over and participated in more than ten scientific research and teaching projects at or above the provincial level. Dr. Cai has published many academic books, such as the History of Economic Thought in Zhejiang in the Period of the Republic of China, the History of Modern Economic Thought in Zhejiang: Taking Shaoxing as an Example, the Study of Economic Thought in Kong Xiangxi, the Modern Merchants in Huzhou and Their Cultural Spirit. His academic studyies have been awarded by national first and second prizes of excellent scientific research achievements of the society of economic thought history.
