Participate as acting member of local professional development committee and ensures professional staffs’ compliance with one hundred hour, professional development requirement. Participated in the development of a transition program for secondary students. Create and implement new curriculum aligned to the standards and worked with all state required assessments.

Implemented ESPA and GEPA testing in accordance with state guidelines. Participated on the local professional development committee and ensured that all state paperwork was completed so teachers can obtain standard certification.

Coordinated with first and fifth grade reading classroom teachers to implement federally-mandated “No Child Left Behind” program guidelines by identifying at-risk, below-grade reading level students. Administered DRA-leveled assessment. Tutored one-on-one and within small groups to enhance reading skills of students previously identified as “at risk”. Implemented the “Read 180” program. Responsible for the administration of the building in the absence of the principal.

Chair and committee member for many dissertation committees. Currently developing a digital leadership program. Submitted both Middle States and ELCC accreditation reports. Created a digital leadership program and awaiting for approval for implementation.

Use rubrics to measure adequacy of assessments. Attend College of Education professional development retreat regarding satisfaction of TEAC standards. Work with the department to create the reliability of department assessments.
