Procedures Processing
Change of Major
- Notice for change of major released at the beginning of each semester
- Hand in application form and relevant materials before the deadline
- Check the information after the name list is published
- Change of Major Name list Confirmed
- Office of the Registrar reports to the Department of Education Zhejiang Province to alter student’s record
Note: 1.Freshmen can apply to change their major twice in the first academic year.
Suspension of Schooling
- Fill in the suspension application form downloaded from the University website
- Provide the hospital diagnosis certificate and permission from the University Medical Center if suspension for medical reasons
- Process withdrawal procedures
- Process student record alteration procedure
Note: 1.The unit period of suspension of schooling is one year and students can apply for continuous suspension of schooling once before the previous suspension expires.
2.During the suspension period, students will not be allowed to participate in teaching activities.
Resumption of Schooling
- Fill in the resumption application form downloaded from the University website
- Provide the resumption permission from the University Medical Center if suspension for medical reasons
- Get the permission from the Office of Registrar
- Pay the resumption fee in finance office
- Process the student record alteration procedure
Note: 1.Student should apply for resumption of schooling before the suspension expires.
