Bin Wang, Ph.D.

Biography

Associate Professor Bin Wang, PhD supervisor, has fourteen years of experience teaching management courses at both undergraduate and graduate level and MBA. He had been nominated to be the Lecturer of the Year seven times in ten years at Massey University. Since 2016 Bin has established a good research profile with 26 refereed papers in top ranking business journals and won the Faculty Emerging Research Award (AUT, 2021). He works as a special issue editor for International Journal of Physical Distribution & Logistics Management (2021-2022), Journal of General Management (2022-2023) and a Topic editor for Sustainability (2021-). He regularly reviews papers for top supply chain management journals. He also has good track records in service for communities, including providing expert suggestions to government agencies, accepting interviews by authoritative news media such as The Guardian, TV New Zealand, Science Media Centre, Newsroom.

In his spare time, Dr. Wang enjoys traveling, music, reading and writing. Apart from two university textbooks, he has published three books, The Adventures in Cleverland, Breeze in New Zealand, and Heptameron in Aureatoa.
