Presentation Formats:

• 3-min Oral Presentation with one slide

Attached please find the registration form (attachment 1). Please fill out the form and send it to the ORSP zhuxiangxiang@wku.edu.cn by 4:00 p.m. March 15, 2021. 

2021 Student Research Day Schedule of Events 

Important Dates 

March 15^th—  Student Research Day Registration Closes 

April 9^th    —  Poster file submission deadline 

April 14^th  —  Oral Presentation file submission deadline 

April 28th  —  2021 Student Research Day (Poster, Oral Presentation and 3-min Oral Presentation, the schedule will be announced later.)

Poster Presentations 

Poster presenters will have the opportunity to present their research and creative work in the Poster Symposium. 

Poster File Format: Poster presenters will create poster files that will be uploaded to the event website along with a short video/audio snippet describing the poster and research project (if provided). File formats that will be accepted are JPEG and PDFs. Attached please find the poster suggested-template (attachment 2).  

 Oral Presentations 

Oral presenters will provide the opportunity to present research and creative work on Student Research Day.

4月14日  —   演讲材料上交截止日期

4月28日  —    2021年学生科研日（包括海报、演讲和三分钟演讲，具体时间安排将公布在后续邮件中。）

四、具体介绍

（一）海报

海报环节：学生通过海报展示科学研究和创意作品。  

 海报形式：所有海报都将在官网上展示，并可以附带一段描述性的视频或语音来介绍海报的内容。海报格式为JPEG和PDF。附件2：海报模板

（二）演讲

演讲环节：学生通过PPT和演讲展示科学研究和创意作品。 

演讲形式：

1. 15分钟演讲和问答

2. 3分钟演讲（一张PPT）
