Profile：

Nick Martin was on the Governing Body of Cambridge University for over ten years and Chair of Westminster College. Nick has over thirty years’ experience of practical corporate finance transactions totaling over a trillion RMB, ranging from start-up venture capital to multi-billion global privatization issues, and across multiple industry sectors. He is qualified at Master’s Level from Cambridge University, from London Business School and is a qualified Barrister.  Nick is a Chartered Fellow (its highest professional qualification) of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment; a Barrister-at-Law; and a former Cabinet Special Adviser for Rt. Hon Margaret Thatcher, Prime Minister.
